This is an 1856 Seated Liberty half-dime which has been modified into a love token. It looks like a work in progress. The edging has been hand-engraved and a single letter L has been carved from a gold coin and applied to this half-dime. This love token will have to be drilled before adding it on your charm bracelet. The coin is circulated and worn on both sides.
